Our Policy... Kids World Books ships all orders within 1-2 business days via the US Postal Service. Special overnight service is available contingent upon current stock and time of order. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email or phone immediately. Because all books are customized to the child you are ordering for, we cannot accept any returns due to mistakes made by the customer. Please check all spelling prior to submitting your order. If you need special overnight service, more information, or to place an order by phone, please call (301) 980-0610 or fax us at (301) 206-3355. Our Refund Policy... To receive a full refund, you must email us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel. Please include your order number. However, due to the special personalization of these books, there are NO REFUNDS once the books have been made. Although we have an exceptional quality control process to prevent mistakes while making these books, mistakes can happen. We will replace any book that is found with mistakes made by Kids World Books. In order to get a replacement book, the customer must email us at CustomerService@kidsworldbooks.com, and let us know about the discrepancy. We will verify our records. If indeed a mistake was made by Kids World Books, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to use that number when mailing the book containing the mistake back to us. Accepted Payment Types... We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. We also accept checks online. When making payments online with your credit card or check, be assured that your payment will be processed safely and securely.
